Processing Time

Each item is made to order using our 3D printing technology. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard shipping throughout South Africa. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after your order has been processed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want you to love your 3D-printed items! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Custom Orders

Please note that custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at gazvin@davinciprints3d.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
